Our Heritage

Having built a multi-million pound bathroom distribution business from scratch over the last 40 years, the pair have spent the last nine years pursuing their farming dream. But rather than invest millions in pursuit of thousands of acres of prime land, the Kent-based brothers started out with a much more modest fruit farm. Since 2015, their farming operation has gradually expanded to include a total of 620 acres.

Our Future

Claygate Group envisions a future marked by technological advancements and strategic growth. Embracing innovations such as artificial intelligence and automation, they aim to enhance efficiency across their agricultural and property management operations. These technologies promise to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity, ensuring that their methods remain cutting-edge.

Our Focus

By focusing on these forward-thinking initiatives, Claygate Group positions itself for sustained growth and leadership in both agriculture and property management. Their ongoing dedication to innovation and sustainability ensures that they will continue to make significant contributions to these industries, further reducing their carbon footprint and setting a benchmark for sustainability in the property sector.
